SciFi4Chicks: Summer Movies and TV… and Turn Ons
Heather, Maia, Dorin, and Marie (and Alex, sort of) look ahead, and a bit back, to the summer and all its offerings. First we look at all the genre movies for the summer. After a not-so-quick rundown of all the titles and release dates, we talk about which flicks we’re looking forward to… and which not-so-much. From X-Men and Maleficent to Guardians of the Galaxy and Lucy… and limited releases like Snowpiercer, Frequencies, and Mood Indigo we base our opinions solely on first impressions and previews… Are we right on target or way off base?
Then after the break we do it all over again… but with summer TV. With so many to choose from, which shows do we think are worth the watch? Will we watch Penny Dreadful, the Quest, Outlander, the Last Ship, Extant, and so many others? Guess you’ll have to listen to find out! We end with Turn Ons, our chance to turn you on to some of our favorite obsessions and then tease our next episode with our SciFi Firsts!
What movies and shows are YOU looking forward to? Which ones should go away now? And what genre do you want to turn US onto? Let us know, or share on the social media of your choice, and we may share it on our next episode! #SciFi4Chicks #MySciFiTurnOn #MySciFiFirst
