Mark your calendars for November 20, because that’s the day The Librarians is back on TNT.

Entertainment Weekly has this trailer for the third season, offering hints about new artifacts and the return of magic. Some of the clips are from last season, but it’s a good mix of familiar and new to jump start everyone’s anticipation.

This season, the team faces the Egyptian God of Chaos, who’s trying to unleash pure evil into the world, setting up the “ultimate battle” between good and evil all the while the Librarians face another obstacle in the form of the Department of Statistical Anomalies. Their mission is to arrest the Librarians and take control of the library.

The Librarians finished its first season as basic cable’s second most popular series, behind The Last Ship (see our coverage here). In its second season, the show ranked among the top 20 original dramas.

Rebecca Romijn, Lindy Booth, Christian Kane, and John Harlan Kim star along with John Larroquette. Noah Wyle, who starred in the series of movies that led into the series, will recur in his role as Flynn Carsen for seven episodes. Wyle is also an executive producer on the show along with Dean Devlin and Marc Roskin.

SciFi4Me will continue to recap the show this season, and as before, we plan to include your reactions on Twitter. So be ready.
