Episode 407 “Deals with Our Devils”
Written by D.J. Doyle
Directed by Jesse Bochco

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns with an A-side and a B-side on the main story. On the A-side, May (Ming-Na Wen), Mack (Henry Simmons), and Daisy (Chloe Bennet) deal with the aftermath of Eli (José Zúñiga) suddenly becoming someone with carbon-based create-out-of-nothing powers and the disappearance of the rest of the team.

On the B-side, Coulson (Clark Gregg), Fitz (Iain De Caestecker), and Robbie (Gabriel Luna) deal with being “not quite dead” and the ticking clock to figure out how to get back to the right side of the tracks — a journey that takes them through sepia-toned repeats of scenes we just watched, only now with “other side” perspective. It’s only the fact of Aida (Mallory Jansen) being able to read the Darkhold that allows them to survive…

So… whatcha buildin’ there, Aida? And who is Hope, Mack?
