FAN DAYS: Ashley Eckstein & Her CLONE WARS Universe
At the start of Star Wars Fan Days, we were first in line to interview Ashley Eckstein, the voice of Ahsoka Tano on Star Wars: The Clone Wars and founder of Her Universe, a clothing and accessory outfit for fan girls.
This season on SW:TCW, Ahsoka’s going to have a lot of growing up to do, but she’s also going to get opportunities to be a teenager – with the requisite emotions that come with it. And Ashley let drop – for the first time anywhere – that Her Universe is in the midst of inking a new licensing deal with a property she says is the #1 most requested outside of Star Wars. She wouldn’t say which license (and it’s not Harry Potter), but pure speculation on my part leads me to think it could be that other Star franchise… either that or a little timey-wimey franchise from across the pond.
