E3 Recap: Electronic Arts

EA announced a slew of new titles, all of which have the level of polish and production values people expect from a triple A gaming company. Many of these titles are looking very good, and as such, they’re  covered in this article.

Jedi: Fallen Order

Gamers have been waiting for gameplay of Jedi: Fallen Order for months now, and EA finally indulged them with the sight of the fast paced, cutthroat adventure game only the Star Wars brand can provide. The game is coming in 2019 on Windows, XBox One, and Playstation 4.

First Impressions: The wait for gameplay might’ve been long, but it certainly didn’t disappoint.

Apex Legends Season 2

EA announced that a new character will be a part of the Season 2 pass for Apex Legends, in addition to the new guns and skins that they promised previously. This character is a brilliant scientist and an engineer, capable of placing walls of cover to control the battlefield.

First Impressions: Apex Legends is a solid game, so the DLC should be of similar quality.

Battlefield 5

The hot FPS phenomenon is coming back stronger than ever with it’s new Pacific Theater DLC, which includes new maps. The game is also free on the EA Access Vault.

First Impressions: Battlefield games are always a treat for any fan of the FPS genre, so the new content coming to 5 is bound to be promising.

EA’s presentation also included news about new modes for Madden NFL 20 and Fifa 20 as well as an expansion for The Sims 4.
