iZombie may be back for season two, but Alex has left Heather for a trip to Italy (Happy Birthday Alex, btw). So Dorin has stepped in to keep us up-to-date on the zombie happenings in Seattle. To show our dedication, we even take time out from Dallas Comic Con Fan Days to record! Although it did mean Heather left her show notes at home. Can you tell?
We meet more family members as Angus de Beers (really, what’s with these names?!?) is introduced to deepen Blaine’s story line and give the audience two classic references with Oedipus and Horatio Alger. Clive gets a solid crime to invest his time in (you were listening to my hopes from our last podcast, producers!). Liv gets to chillax, let loose, and then connect, however briefly, with Major. And speaking of, Major makes a MAJOR turn down a deep dark path. And it’s only episode 2!
