H2O #34: In Which We Discuss A Half-Human Who
Mr. Handley has a theory.
Over the past few weeks, he’s been noodling on the possibility that the Doctor could actually be half-human, on his mother’s side, just as he claimed in the movie starring Paul McGann as the 8th incarnation of the Time Lord. So he sits down this week with Mr. Harvey to discuss the likelihood, and whether or not it actually would make a difference in the current run of Doctor Who.
