Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Ends With Wit and Fury — LEVEL ELEVENTY-SEVEN 26

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has made strides over the past few weeks, almost becoming the show we wanted from the beginning. Now that the shackles are off being able to say “Hydra” in the show, we’ve moved forward with a very strong sense of payoff for the long drawn-out setup over the first fifteen episodes. Now, the question is whether or not the payoff was worth the time invested in the setup.

Pretty much, the answer is in the affirmative. The season finale ties up several loose ends, leaves a few unanswered questions, and nicely tees up the second season with a new mission, new direction, and maybe a new team?

Plus: Nick Fury! The Destroyer Gun! “I know what it does,” he says…

The Panel: Maia Ades, Kammie Settle, Robin Shepard, Dan Handley, Timothy Harvey, Jason Hunt

Jason P. Hunt

Jason P. Hunt (founder/EIC) is the author of the sci-fi novella "The Hero At the End Of His Rope". His short film "Species Felis Dominarus" was a finalist in the Sci Fi Channel's 2007 Exposure competition.
