TREK09 Phaser Replica Now Available

[via TrekMovie] – Replica creators QMx announced today, the release of the new replica of the phaser from STAR TREK 2009.

QmX’s Andy Gore tells TrekMovie the upgraded the prop to match the hero version a little better, as the stunt version used in the film was just painted plastic. This replica is a 1:1scale screen-accurate replica of the stunt phaser. The model has been cast our of solid polystone core and precision metal-plated in different finishes. Measures 10.5″ long x 7″ high (grip included) and weighs more than one pound.

And you can pre-order it for only $49.95 over at QMx.

Other replicas are on their way, according to Gore, including a “hero” version with working lights and sound.
