SDCC: Friends in All the Right Places

Friendly fans Molly and Kevin were kind enough to share their table for 8 with us and 3 other fans at the EUREKA Café Diem in the Gaslamp District. Thanks to table-sharing encouraged by the host we did not have to wait in line at all for our meal! I’d suggest that as a time-saving and new friend-making technique to everyone attending SDCC. 😀

First morning of Comic Con can only be described as a real experience! Walked my feet off trekking across the Exhibit Hall Floor, and thanks to my roomies who had scoped out the place last evening during Preview Night, I knew just where to go to pick up the coolest swag!

Experienced my first massive crowd logjam at the MARVEL Booth when Chris Evans appeared to sign autographs for lucky ticket holders — talk about your frenzied fans! I literally could not move for 15 minutes, stuck as I was shoulder to shoulder with the masses all clamoring for photos of the new CAPTAIN AMERICA.
