Arrow

There have been a lot of spoilers surfacing in regards of Arrow‘s third season. Check out the list of things we learned so far about what’s in store for fans and characters:

  • We will learn in the premiere exactly why Oliver and Amanda Waller don’t like each other
  • Episode 5 will allow fans to listen in on the limo convo between Malcolm and Thea
  • Ted “Wildcat” Grant (played by J.R. Ramirez as a Latino boxing instructor) will play a role in Laurel’s evolution into Canary
  • Episode 3 will focus on Diggle and his Dad-To-Be status
  • The Season 3 premiere is “a complete inverse” of the show’s first season in which Oliver was despondent, his alter ego disgraced, EP Marc Guggenheim notes. Rather, “Arrow’s starting to win the hearts of the city.”

The CW released first trailer for season 3 since ComicCon, take a look:

Falling Skies

Season 5 of Falling Skies airing Summer 2015 will be the shows last and TNT already released a teaser promo to get our apetites going. Check it out!

The Flash

In the upcoming season of Prison Break The Flash Dominic Purcell (Blade: Trinity, Prison Break) will show up as Mick Rory, aka Heat Wave. His character will be “heard from” in episode four, which is even more awesome if you consider the fact that Purcell’s fictional brother Wentworth Miller will have his debut as Captain Cold in the very same episode. We’ve already seen Robert Knepper (T-Bag) play the Clock King last season on Arrow, and we’ve heard Peter Stormare will be playing Count Vertigo this season. All we need is Sucre, Mahone and Sarah showing up and our Prison Break DCU bingo will be complete!

Gotham

Executive producer Danny Cannon, talked about the journey ahead for James Gordon:

“There will be triumphs. The mere fact that he tries to maintain his integrity is a victory. He finds a way, not to control it, but he learns what Gotham is. It’s this vast machine and its internal engines are driven by corruption and have been since the beginning of time. Gordon has to change in order for that machine to not break down.”

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

In season 2, Coulson & Co. will be operating in the shadows and after the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier  and second half of season 1, they will lack the kind of resources the characters are no doubt used to. Take a look at this short preview where they must figure out how to continue saving the world when everyone believes they’re part of a terrorist organization. Will they find help tracking down the rest of Hydra from Ward, who is being kept as a prisoner of S.H.I.E.L.D.? Or will Skye, who has taken a more active role as an agent, have to beat it out of him?

Executive Producer Jeff Bell described season two in following words:

“We come in in a surprising way. Coulson was always interested in getting back to the roots of S.H.I.E.L.D., to the kind of organization it used to be — you know, this small, covert, ‘men in black’ kind of thing. And I think you get a feel for that when we come into the second season.”

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns on Sept. 23 at 9 p.m. on ABC.

Once Upon a Time

Winter is coming! But this time, no Stark children will suffer! Isn’t it a nice change? Instead, Storybrook will need to invest in warmer clothes, as Elsa makes her way to town in this promo of the upcoming season:

The Originals

Sebastian Roche talked to E!Online about his return, now that Mikael’s been brought back from the dead:

When you have Originals in the title and you’re Papa Original, I knew that I was going to pop my head in eventually. It’s very exciting especially because the first five episodes are pretty intense. It’s going to be quite epic. It’s going to be an epic season, there’s no question about it. We’re in for quite a treat. It’s going to be antagonistic, crazy, gothic, and we’re in store for some amazing confrontations between Mikael and his sons.

Saving Hope

The Canadian show will soon premiere it’s third season and the network has released the following description of the premiere:

Charlie (Michael Shanks) tries to comfort spirit Alex (Erica Durance) in the OR as they watch Dawn (Michelle Nolden), Maggie (Julia Taylor Ross), and Reycraft (K.C Collins) struggle to repair her heart. Before spirit Alex can fully comprehend that she’s dying on the operating table and that Charlie really can see ghosts – she pops – waking up in a “dream” that takes her back to her childhood home in St. Catharines, Ont.

A chance encounter with a lost loved one puts Alex face-to-face with a repressed memory that holds the key to her past, present and future. Meanwhile, Dawn (Michelle Nolden) manages to stitch the hole in Alex’s heart, only to be convinced by a passionate Charlie that something may still be wrong with Alex – leading the team to discover a deadly mistake that Dawn has only minutes to rectify. Joel (Daniel Gillies) is pulled to the ER to treat Alex’s assailant – and when his patient pleads to let him die – Joel’s morals as a man are tested against his ethics as a doctor.

They also released promotional photos for the episode.

Teen Wolf

Season 4 finale is coming up, so check out the promo for the episode:

The Walking Dead

Show’s star Andrew Lincoln talked to EW about the upcoming season 5:

“The show is the same story moving forward, but because their leader is incredibly uncompromising, I think he is dragging a lot of those people into a place that is darker, more brutal, and there will be fallout from that. So it feels like it’s a more grown-up show. It fees like we’re heading into the heart of darkness. Brutal is the word for this season. It’s always been pretty intense, but this season I think is very hard hitting. People should be prepared for that, I think.”

This is the Rick viewers most assuredly need after watching him mope around on-and-off for two seasons after having very bad thing in the world happen to him. And it’s the Rick that the rest of the survivors need as well if they are going to continue to keep on keeping on. “Rick is probably at the most complete place he’s been ever since the apocalypse started,” says Lincoln. “He’s a man who doesn’t doubt himself anymore, and he’s accepted his brutality as much as his humanity. So I think he’s in an incredibly powerful and dangerous place.”

Of course, that could be bad news for Gareth and the Terminus gang, as well as anyone else who dares oppose Mr. Grimes. “You stand alongside Rick, you’re family. You stand in opposition to him, you’re a problem.”

This seems about right, judging from the latest promo:

The Vampire Diaries

TVLine reports that as far as Caroline (Candice Acola) is concerned, a big part of her season 6 storyline will revolve around her romance with Stefan (Paul Wesley), even if that romance isn’t exactly a two-way street.

“She’s going to realize it’s a little more one-sided than she was hoping, and there’s going to be some fallout from that,” executive producer Caroline Dries says. “But just because one character doesn’t like another character, that doesn’t mean it’s not a fascinating love story.”

Early on, Caroline will confront Stefan about her feelings, and Elena will overhear the entire thing. Nina Dobrev, who plays Elena, revealed that the viewers might be surprised by her reaction to the news.
