The Lush Life: Happy Turkey Day!
Hey everyone, your favorite Lush here with a few last-minute Turkey Day geeky cocktails!
While you really can’t go wrong with a great Pinot Noir or Beaujolais Villages with your Turkey, there’s always these fun (and geeky) libations.
The Turkey Vader
- 1 part Wild Turkey American Honey
- 1 part Blavod Black vodka
Mix in a shaker with ice and enjoy! Be sure to garnish with mini-light sabers (red, of course).
The Cranberry Redshirt
- 2 parts Cranberry juice
- 1 part Creme de Cassis
- 1 part Vodka
Mix in a shaker with ice and enjoy! To modify, you can also add one more part Creme de cassis and mix with lemon-lime soda.
The (Great) Pumpkin Pie
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 2 oz Clear creme de cacao
- 1/2 c cream (heavy is best)
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice or pumpkin purée
Mix with ice in a shaker and enjoy! Top with whipped cream for extra yummy!
