SciFi4Chicks Returns to iZOMBIE for a Triple Shot

Episode 205 “Love and Basketball”
Episode 206 “Max Wager”
Episode 207 “Abra Cadaver”

Time for a little theater of the mind… imagine that you are in a big beautiful Mediterranean home with high domed ceilings, beautiful plaster textured walls, and hardwood floors. There are no doors between rooms, only large arched pass-throughs. The main room you’re sitting in is almost a hexagon shape with many angles and lots of beautiful wood and glass decor. Oh, and two tuxedo cats. Do you picture it? Good! That’s the room we had to record in for this triple-shot podcast of iZombie! We apologize for the cathedral-like sound quality, but it was that or wait another week to record. And we hate waiting.

Three is almost a crowd as we are back to talk iZombie in this three-episodes-in-one catch-up podcast. (When I say “we” I mean the new normal of Dorin and Heather… miss you Alex!) We start with the “feels like two parts of a single episode” show (“Love and Basketball” and “Max Wager”), then after a short break to eat, watch the next episode, and tend to the kitties, we get current with our discussion of “Abra Cadaver.” Along the way, we digress with Pushing Daisies, Outlander, The Return of the Jedi, and Wilfred (and our missing reference of Being Human when Gabriel bites it. Sometimes you remember after the fact!) Dorin has issues with magicians and musicians, while Heather gets distracted by kitties, puppies, and shirtless men.

Tune in for the latest installment of SciFi4Chicks and hear Heather and Dorin’s opinions about the plot thickening, stories intertwining, relationships breaking apart and coming together, and, because it’s SciFi4Chicks, about clothing coming off. (On network TV… sigh.)

The panel: Heather French, Dorin Schadel.

So many questions, so little time! What did you think of episode two? Join the discussion in the comments or on Twitter! Let us know your favorite part: Liv and Major, Ravi and Peyton, Clive and FBI chick, Blaine and, well, everybody! Finally, rate the episode on our iZombie Hotness Scale. (Do you like that the Chicks are being tougher with their ratings?)

Dorin and Heather return in two weeks for episode 208 “Hurt Stalker” on iZombie, so make sure to subscribe to SciFi4Chicks! Happy Thanksgiving! (And we’d love to see some pictures of “brains” on the Turkey Day dinner table! HAHAHA)
