2021 Golden Joystick Award Winners Announced
The Golden Joystick Awards (or what is also referred to as the People’s gaming awards) is the second oldest video game award ceremony (only after the Arcade Awards) and hosted its ceremony for 2021 on November 23. This award recognizes games and industries that create experiences like never before. The vote is decided through public voting and this year had two special categories to commemorate 50 years of gaming, Best Gaming Hardware of All Time and Ultimate Game of All Time.

- Still Playing Award – Final Fantasy 14
- PC Game of the Year – Hitman 3
- Nintendo Game of the Year – Metroid Dread
- Xbox Game of the Year – Psychonauts 2

- Critics Choice Award – Deathloop
