Themyscira Sighted?

KOAT-TV in Albuquerque, New Mexico, posted helicopter video of construction near Deming, NM, reporting it as a set for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which has been filming in Detroit.

The architecture looks decidedly not-modern, with towers and ascending levels to the buildings. It’s reminiscent of artist depictions of buildings from the early first century, such as those found in Jerusalem and surrounding areas. Which could match a few possible DC environs, the most likely of which is Themyscira. Since Wonder Woman is in the movie and Captain Marvel would likely only be a cameo, it’s doubtful this would be the city where Billy Batson gets his powers from Shazam.

Although it’s not outside the realm of possibility this could be Black Adam’s home, it seems highly unlikely that the production would build this set strictly for a cameo. Unless the set will remain and be used for the Shazam movie…

We could speculate for a while here, but it’s almost a sure bet this is Themyscira.
