THE DAY Stars Walk the Red Carpet in Sarasota, FL

As I was leaving the theater during the 14th Annual Sarasota Film Festival on Saturday night I was lucky to run into the red carpet event for the second screening of THE DAY, which I had just viewed on Friday. Thus I was able to meet Dominic Monaghan and Ashley Bell in person and take a few candid snaps of the stars of the movie and its director Douglas Aarniokoski. What fun!

And yes, that’s Dominic signing one very avid LORD OF THE RINGS fan’s arm so she can add his signature to her tattoo.
