ROGUES GALLERY 14 (S02E02): Arrow and The Flash Set Tables

The Flash and Arrow have returned, and while the episodes were personally satisfying for the Rogues, there seemed to be a lot of table-setting instead of story-telling. For Arrow, you could argue this works better because it’s season four and they’re making changes in the tone and direction of the show, but doing it on The Flash feels like some handwavium got into the water in the writers room…

And who’s playing Penguin’s father on Gotham?!
