KONOSUBA: LEGEND OF CRIMSON to Stream on Crunchyroll

Anime streaming network Crunchyroll has announced that the popular anime film Konosuba: Legend of Crimson will begin streaming later this month, in both “subbed” and “dubbed” versions.

Konosuba follows the wacky adventures of a teenage boy named Kazuma, who used a special program to be reincarnated to the fantasy realm of his dreams. However, his dreams soon become nightmares when he gets stuck with a “party” of individuals with serious personality flaws. The latest film follows Kazuma and his group of friends as they head to the town of the Crimson Demon clan to defend it from a general of the Demon King. It’s the very same Demon King that Kazuma had been sent across dimensions to kill at the start of the series.

The subtitled version of the film will release on March 25th. Fans of the English dub will have to wait until April 2020.

That’s not the only Konosuba related news that Crunchyroll had to offer. The company also announced that, in May, you can purchase Season 1 of Konosuba on Blu-Ray. The Blu-Ray will not only have both the subtitled and dubbed versions of the first season, but it will also contain the OVA as well.

Konosuba enthusiasts can stream the English dub of the series on Crunchyroll now. The English dub features Arnie Pantoja (Nukesaku in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Kan in Re:Zero) as Kazuma, Faye Mata (Metera in Granblue Fantasy Versus, God Eater in Megadimension Neptunia VII) as Aqua, Erica Mendez (Gon Freecs in Hunter x Hunter, Maki Harukawa in Danganronpa V3) as Megumin, and Cristina Vee (Hawk in Seven Deadly Sins, Ruka in Conception Plus: Maidens of the Twelve Stars) as Darkness.
