CONSTANTINE Cancelled
The moment #Hellblazers have been dreading came today, as NBC chose not to renew Constantine for a second season. Producer Daniel Cerone confirmed the news on his Twitter account:
NBC a "no" for Season 2. Warner Bros working hard to find #Constantine new home. Stay active. Stream. Tweet. #SaveConstantine #Hellblazers

Thanks to @NBC for Season 1. Got a nice call from the powers there. We were considered but they feel they had a strong development season.

But that may not be the end of the story. Deadline is reporting the possibility that Warner Bros. Television could shop around to find a new home for the show, possibly at Fox where it could live with fellow Vertigo title Lucifer and the new Frankenstein Code.
Bear in mind, #Constantine ratings low for NBC but would constitute a hit at many networks. Fearless faith. #SaveConstantine #Hellblazers

Star Matt Ryan posted this on his feed:
So who's gonna bring us in from the cold? @CW_network ? @DCComics under one roof? #Constantine #SaveConstantine

Given the numbers, it would be a more solid bet for the CW to take up the show, but Fox would be a decent fit as well, especially if they can make a programming block out of their comic book programming.
But could you imagine the Constantine/Supernatural cross-over event where John Constantine meets Castiel?
