AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. Gets Full Season Order

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has been picked up for a full season at ABC.

The premiere night brought in 22 million live+recorded viewers, and while the numbers have fallen off from that over the subsequent two weeks, the show is still standing up against NCIS and The Voice with enough strength in key male demographics. ABC’s order brings the show to a full 22 episodes for season one.

This comes on the heels of the announcement that Fox has already ordered a second season of Sleepy Hollow, a surprise move given the network’s history with genre programming.
