Meet the Team

The roster changes from time to time. That’s because SciFi4Me is operated by an all-volunteer staff. We put in our time to do this because we love it, and because we think we have something of value to share with you. We’re fans, and we love having conversations with other fans.

Jason P. Hunt – a fan of science fiction since age 5, when he saw a guy in a gold shirt and a guy in a blue shirt, and the guy in the blue shirt had pointed ears… A fan of science fiction ranging from Heinlein and Asimov to Roddenberry and Rockne and everything in between, he is the producer/director of the rom-com The Apology Dance and author of the sci-fi novella The Hero At the End Of His Rope. His short film Species Felis Dominarus was a finalist in the Sci Fi Channel’s 2007 Exposure competition, and he has two awards from the Missouri Broadcasters Association along with several Addy awards and citations. He also likes dogs. And bacon.

scifi4me_stafficon_mindyinlowMindy Hunt used to be the Intern Without Portfolio, but now she’s Mrs. Boss. She escaped from the dog park of Southern California where she served coffee to The Terminator, Buffy, and Kanan Jarrus (to name a few) and taught art to Pluto Nash’s children. Should she ever be stranded on a desert island, her science-fiction movie star companion would be Harrison Ford. With degrees in Art and English, she brings her love of wordsmithing to all things sci-fi and would eventually apply her art skills to it as well. Her passion is discovering new stories and new heroes and possibly build her portfolio.

Christopher Hoffmann has been involved in Arts & Entertainment, either as a patron or active participant, for over twenty years.

An award winning scholar, focusing on Film History and Pop Culture, he hopes to share his knowledge and expertise with a wider audience.

Jason Nadler is an award-winning writer of contemporary fantasy. He writes under the pen name JH Nadler. Jason grew up on Long Island and was always a genre nerd and storyteller. He wrote his first horror novella at the age of ten and always had stories to tell. He was a volunteer firefighter for nearly a decade when he decided to seriously pursue his passion and become an author. These days he can usually be found at a vineyard on the North Fork of Long Island, where he lives (on the North Fork, not the vineyards–although that might be up for debate) with his wife and two insanely co-dependent cats.
