2018 Nebula Awards Announced

The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America held their annual Nebula Conference over this past weekend, and as part of the event, the winners of the 2018 Nebula Awards were announced.

The Nebulas are presented every year for excellence in science fiction and fantasy writing across numerous media categories in the United States. They were first presented in 1966, and are considered by many to be among the most prestigious awards for speculative fiction. In addition to the Nebulas, the SFWA also presented the Bradbury Award for best dramatic presentation and the Andre Norton Award for best YA or middle-grade novel.

In January, the SFWA announced that William Gibson would be honored as the 35th Damon Knight Grand Master for his contributions to science fiction and fantasy literature. The induction ceremony was held at the Nebula Conference.
