Comic-Con Virgin – Day 3

Today was a bit more relaxed than the rest of the week. I went to the convention center around 10:30 a.m. and immediately got in line for the Joss Whedon panel which was at 3 p.m. It was a long day of line waiting. I was with three of my friends and we all sat outside in line for hours in the sun, but it was so worth it. We finally got into the panel room at 2 p.m. and sat for a bit before Joss came on stage and the panel was absolutely perfect. It was just Joss and a microphone and I couldn’t have asked for more. He was hilarious, witty, and brilliant, which is exactly what I expected.

After an hour of watching Joss be absolutely amazing I stayed for “The Guild” panel. Felicia Day, Sandeep Parikh, Jeff Lewis, Amy Okuda, Robin Thorsen, and Vincent Caso were all there to answer questions about the show and then we got to see the first episode of Season 5, which will be revolving around the Guild going to a game convention.

After the two panels the day was over. I went out to dinner and then went home to go to sleep so that I was ready to get up at 4:30 a.m. so I could go wait in line to get into Hall H and hopefully see the “Doctor Who” panel. Fingers crossed.

Yup. I’m jealous you evil tease, you. I’d say your long wait was worth it too, haha. Did you get any pictures?
